Only Excellence is Acceptable

Everyone at Kia is committed to making ownership a satisfying experience from the Designers who pore over every detail, to the factory workers who build the cars, to the engineers who fine-tune the vehicles, to Rodeo Kia who help customers discover the one that's right for them.

Increased residual value is the perfect compliment to a good value

When you drive a car home for the first time, it's not enough to just be good.  Commitment is value.  Kia is committed to making sure that every vehicle is as dependable today as it is years down the road.  That is the reason why our residual value continues to grow.

 Technology

Advanced User-friendliness, Advanced technology

Every piece of advanced technology we put into a Kia must enhance the driving experience whether it's safety, entertainment, comfort, or convenience.  Back-up warning system, telematics system with voice-recognition, UVO infotainment, and ventilated front seats are just a few of the features available in Kia vehicles at Rodeo Kia.

Advanced technology of unexpected levels

Redefining the compact sedan, 2015 Kia Forte

The amount of advanced technology that you'll find inside each vehicle is a trademark of Kia's lineup.  That's especially true for the Kia Forte.

Forte offers premium features that are simply not found in the compact sedan class, with an eye-catching exterior design upon a longer, wider chassis.

Steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, Sirius XM® Satellite Radio, Bluetooth® wireless technology, power windows, air conditioning, and power heated outside mirrors are offered on the LX model.

Forte's higher trim levels separate it from it's competitors.  A heated steering wheel, power sunroof, 10-way adjustable driver's seat, and heated front and rear seats are unexpected additions to the optional Premium Package.

The next level of the connected car.

UVO EServices app and the Kia Cadenza

Kia's all new Cadenza offers a dramatic leap from the original system with UVO, the voice activated infotainment system that makes for a friendly and connected car experience.

With a compatible smartphone and the eServices app, owners can access features like:

  • My POIs - This feature allows owners to send a destination from Google Maps? through their smartphone and to their UVO eServices unit.
  • Parking Minder - The Parking Minder assists you by sending the location of your vehicle right to your phone, if you forget where you parked your Cadenza.
  • Diagnostics - It's easy to schedule a diagnostics check for the vehicle with this feature.  You can even set, on demand, a reoccurring diagnostics check.  All reports are sent to Rodeo Kia before service, conveniently.

While the UVO's Advanced Voice Recognition makes it easy to use many of UVO's system, there's always more we can do.  Customers can enjoy an even more productive connected car experience simply by using their smartphone, with the eServices app.

Driven to deliver thrills

Advance Engine Technology

Starting from the engine, Kia vehicles are designed to be fun to drive.  From fuel-saving hybrid technology to Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines that deliver more power and lower emissions, to turbocharged engines that offer impressive low-end torque, you're in for a surprise when you step into a Kia.

Powerful and powerfully efficient.

Meet the Gasoline Direct Injection Engine

In both power and fuel use, it's the Gasoline Direct Injection engine that helps a Kia deliver outstanding performance.

During the engine's combustion cycle, GDI injects highly-pressurized fuel directly into the cylinders.  Increased Quality of Combustion and Efficiency is the result.  GDI also reduces emissions by making smarter use of fuel.

What the driver experiences is still the most critical element of any powertrain technology.  The driver enjoys smooth, powerful acceleration and a longer time between refueling with GDI.

Performs in the passing lane and in the fast lane.

Kia Racing and the Turbo-Charged Optima

Kia is making a name for itself in the world of motorsports in the short space of four years.  After Just one year of competition, in 2011 Kia Racing landed its first ever championships during the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge season.

Optima was the production vehicle used, the family sedan perfect for zipping around town.  The race-prepped version of Optima unleashes the full potential of the vehicle's aerodynamic style and driving dynamics.

Optima delivers thanks to  it's state of the art technology under the hood: the Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) turbocharged engine used in the Optima SXs makes it perfect for zipping around racetracks and lapping competitors.

In fact, Kia is one of only two race teams in the U.S. that's using a GDI Turbo engine.  The other is an Italian team whose racing reputation stretches back decades.  Clearly, Kia is on the right path.

Safety

There are accidents on the road outside of anyone's control.  Things happen.

Kia ensures that every passive safety system on their vehicles is designed to handle the unexpected.  Avoid trouble whenever possible with Kia's active safety system.

The automotive industry has taken notice, too.  To learn more, visit our Awards Page.

Advanced Air Bags.

You'll find dual front airbags, front seat-mounted side airbags, and side-curtain airbags for both front and second-row seating position throughout Kia's new vehicle lineup.

An advanced sensor system to manage them all.

The system monitors the presence of a front passenger and seat-belt use, severity of impact, and then controls airbag inflation accordingly whenever possible.

Design Means Everything

You'll recognize it instantly, Kia's commitment to design is such that you'll know it could only be a Kia.  Contemporary, clean lines.  Aggressive touches, bold.  Distinct Tiger Nose grille. That's Kia - An aesthetic that's both playful and considered.
